How it works

20-minute discovery call

We confirm your Dell platforms and versions, the module(s) to evaluate, and the objective the trial should demonstrate. No endless qualification questionnaire.

Deployment and onboarding — about two hours

OVA import into your VMware, Dell system connections, role definitions, and administrator training. Collection starts the same day.

90-day evaluation with agreed success criteria

You measure, we accompany. A mid-point check-in is offered to tune the configuration and answer your teams’ questions.

Success criteria you can measure

Agreed together before deployment — for example:

Percentage of storage consumption allocated to owners
Budget and forecast visibility

And after the 90 days? If you continue, a licence key is applied to the appliance in place — no reinstallation, no lost history. Otherwise the appliance is removed. Nothing is billed during the evaluation.
