2. What we collect — and how
2.1 Site forms
The contact, demonstration and trial forms on this site transmit no data to our servers: the “Send email” button composes a message in your email application, which you are free to send or not. The information you choose to email us (name, business email, organization, nature of the request) is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, organize a demonstration or evaluation. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and feeds no newsletter.
2.2 Storage in your browser
The site uses minimal local storage, described in detail — and changeable at any time — on the Cookie management page: your consent choice, your preferred language, the image-carousel position and, only if you accept it, analytics cookies. Analytics is off by default (opt-in model).
2.3 The NASLORD product
The NASLORD appliance runs entirely inside the customer’s environment and sends no telemetry, metrics or information to Gallium. Details are in the Trust and Security centre.
3. Use and retention
Information received by email is kept for as long as needed to process your request and maintain the business relationship, then deleted. Analytics data, when you consent to it, is used in aggregate form to improve the site — never for targeted advertising.
4. Your rights
Under the laws applicable in Québec and Canada (notably Law 25), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your analytics consent at any time via the Cookie management page. Address any request to info@gallium-it.com; we will respond within the timelines required by law.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Information received by email is handled by our authorized staff only. No personal information is stored by the site itself.
6. External links
The site links to external services (notably the NASLORD appliance download hosted on Google Drive). The privacy practices of those services are governed by their own policies.
7. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with the date above updated.
