Implementation, deployment and data migration

A successful migration is a boring one: prepared, rehearsed, measured. We move your NAS volumes and virtualized platforms to their new infrastructure — without loss, and within a downtime window you choose.

Our approach

Cutover day should teach nobody anything

Migrations rarely fail for lack of tools — they fail for lack of preparation: forgotten permissions, orphaned volumes, dependencies discovered mid-cutover.

Our method eliminates the surprises before they cost anyone a sleepless night.

  • Exhaustive inventoryVolumes, shares, exports, permissions, quotas and application dependencies — documented and validated with your teams before the first transfer.
  • Delta synchronizationData migrates in the background while production continues; only the final sync needs a window — short and predictable.
  • Rollback by designEvery cutover has a tested fallback plan. If a validation criterion fails, we roll back — cleanly.
What we migrate

NAS, virtualization and Dell platforms

NAS volumes

File-server and NAS migrations to PowerScale: structure, SMB/NFS permissions, quotas and snapshot policies faithfully rebuilt.

Virtualized platforms

Moving VMware environments between infrastructures — including transitions to VxRail — with performance validation after cutover.

Measured validation

Counts, checksums and application tests as evidence: the migration is done when it is proven, not when it is copied.

Initial implementation follows the same five-step method as all our engagements — assessment, architecture, implementation, migration, handover.
No loss, no stress

Your data arrives whole. Your team sleeps.

Hundreds of migrations delivered — the routine that makes cutovers predictable.
